E-cats Under Constant Redesign

Just a little over a year ago, Andrea Rossi tested his first industrial E-Cat. That unit was bought by the now famous anonymous military client, who soon ordered 12 more of the 1 MW units. Along with the industrial units were the domestic E-Cats, which offered hope of low-cost, environmentally friendly heating to millions all over the world. At that time, all that was necessary was certification of the two products. Continue reading →

Rossi To Give Hot Cat Description When Ready For Sale

Andrea Rossi has announced in his previous comments via his official website Journal of Nuclear Physics that the most important e-cat unit today is the high temperature e-cat or the hot cat. Following his announcement, many e-cat followers asked questions related to the hot cat. There are indeed many people who are very interested to know more about the LENR based device of the Italian inventor. It cannot be denied that they also want to understand better the e-cat operations as well as theory behind it to the point of asking confidential information. But Rossi remains very cool about all the brouhaha surrounding his new and controversial work. He only answers questions that are safe because he wants to take full control of his device. Rossi On Charging His LENR Based Device

Andrea Rossi recently responded questions regarding the recommended charging process of his LENR based device called energy catalyzer or e-cat. It was Dr. Joseph Fine who asked him about charging the e-cat technology in relation to what the Italian inventor has stated in his previous statement about his new and controversial work that continues to create quite a stir in the scientific community. Fine is clearly interested in the e-cat’s fuel canisters and wants to know more about the details of Rossi’s device when the latter has said that there is little or no transmutation taking place in the fuel of his e-cat. So, why do the fuel cells need to be replaced? Thus, Fine asked Rossi the following questions on the e-cat website Journal of Nuclear Physics: Continue reading →

Carnot Cycle Will Not Work For Home E-cat

A frequent poster on Andrea Rossi’s official e-cat blog Journal of Nuclear Physics asked interesting questions about the domestic version of the Italian inventor’s e-cat LENR based technology. The poster who is known as Gherardo said that cost and maintenance issue is the potential problem he foresees for the home-based reactor if the process used for the industrial e-cat is used for the domestic version. He believes that the coupling with a turbine is a good match for the industrial e-cat but would present cost and maintenance problem for the e-cat unit used for home heating purposes. No More E-cat Interview For Rossi, But Will Answer Questions On JONP

There are many ways to update ourselves with Andrea Rossi and his e-cat LENR based technology. We have read a number of interviews conducted where the Italian inventor gave interesting information surrounding his new and controversial device. Today, Rossi has been busy working on the development of his e-cat units in order to ensure that they get certified. If he receives the safety certifications for his e-cat products, commercialization will begin right away. On his official website, Rossi made an announcement saying that he will no longer be entertaining interviews about the e-cat. He wrote: Continue reading →

E-cat Is Silent

A poster of Andrea Rossi’s official website Journal of Nuclear Physics asked the Italian inventor how much noise his e-cat LENR based technology makes while in operation. Rossi said “The noise of an E-Cat of 1 MW is: dB(A)<50@6m. Translation: is silent.” This is good news especially with the new and controversial technology that hopes to provide safe, clean and cheap energy. If all the units of this device get certified, we will be able to take advantage of its full potentials and enjoy its benefits without having to worry about its noise. It is good to know that we will know be hearing the sound of the reactor as it will definitely affect its marketability. Continue reading →
